Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a diverse client base, working collaboratively with the Senior Management team to deliver high-quality services
  • Supervise and prepare end-to-end and management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Participate in ad-hoc work projects to support Senior Managers and Directors, driving business growth and efficiency
  • Oversee client workflow and internal resource management, ensuring seamless operations
  • Supervise junior staff, reviewing work and providing guidance for professional development
  • Liaise with clients, building trusted relationships and proactively addressing queries
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency across the department, implementing process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to taxation and accounting regulations, applying knowledge to benefit clients
  • Embody a commitment to professional development, enthusiastically pursuing training opportunities

Requirements:
  • ACCA / ACA qualified, part qualified, or studying

  • Strong working knowledge of relevant software, including Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
  • Excellent financial modelling and data interpretation skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation
  • A team player with a hands-on, can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to manage deadlines and workflow
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
