Job Summary:

AccuBio Ltd., a leading manufacturer of in vitro medical devices, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of the company, compiling and producing financial reports, and supporting the Finance Manager in preparing monthly management accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Compile and produce accurate and timely financial reports, including purchase ledger, sales ledger, cashbook, and expenses processing.
• Credit Control: Manage credit control processes to ensure timely payment from customers.
• Variance and Cost Analysis: Analyze variances and costs to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
• Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and contribute to budget planning and forecasting.
• Training and Development: Assist and train Finance Assistants to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance financial processes and procedures.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Fluent in Mandarin: Excellent communication skills in Mandarin are essential for this role.
• Financial Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance function, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate level Excel skills and experience working with financial software.
