Job Title: HV Electrical Supervisor

ISS Facility Services UK is seeking a highly skilled HV Electrical Supervisor to join our team in Northampton. As a key member of our engineering resourcing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising planned and reactive maintenance, as well as supporting small project/install works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Engineering Shift Team in the completion of planned maintenance and reactive repairs of mechanical and electrical building services and associated equipment.
  • Deputise for the Senior Critical Engineering Lead in their absence.
  • Produce monthly reports to support site operations.
  • Allocate jobs to competent authorised personnel via the TRIRIGA system.
  • Report all activity and incidents to the Senior Critical Engineering Lead.
  • Ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to and maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the electrical aspects of the PPM and plant.
  • Coordinate visiting specialist sub-contractors.
  • Liaise with and maintain good working relations with all Building Users, attend meetings as required, and respond positively to instructions.
Requirements:
  • Full electrical qualification and strong electrical experience.
