About The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our Scarborough store, which serves the local community with over 15,000 items per month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emphasize clinical governance and invest time in training colleagues to ensure high standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase Pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective and safe manner, adhering to legal, ethical, and company requirements.
  • Manage the Department and staff competence, developing a high-performing Pharmacy Team that shares best practices.

About You

As Pharmacy Manager, you'll have a true desire to help others and lead the team to enhance current services. You'll possess a Pharmacy degree, hold membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), and demonstrate excellent team management and communication skills.
