We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team at Stern Energy, a leading operator of ground-mounted photovoltaic systems in the UK. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our portfolio, ensuring that our contractual obligations are met and that our assets are performing at their best.
Key Responsibilities- Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of our portfolio, including the preparation and management of schedules, request call outs to field engineers, and contract management.
- Budget Management: Create and manage budgets for minor construction projects, including corrective maintenance and site improvements.
- Work Order Management: Create and manage work orders for field service engineers, including tickets for fault investigation and preventive maintenance activities.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly technical reports to present performance of our assets and activities conducted.
- Liaison with Clients: Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and to provide updates on our activities.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in the photovoltaic business or a similar role.
- Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office tools, knowledge of PV monitoring systems, knowledge of HSE and CDM regulations, fluent in English language, communication skills, time management skills, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and internal personal skills.
