Job Title: Area Security Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Security Officer to join our team in Central Edinburgh. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our staff, visitors, and premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet staff and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Control access to the building and ensure that security protocols are being adhered to
  • Patrol the premises to prevent and detect any security incidents
  • Deal with disturbances and security incidents in a calm and professional manner
  • Provide first aid and incident reporting as required
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid SIA license
  • Be aged 18 or over
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Be a team player with a strong work ethic
  • Be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
