About the Role:

GKR International - Real Estate Talent Specialists is seeking an experienced Content Manager to join our team. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital collateral, including brochures, advertising, invitations, direct mail, web banners, and social media creatives.
  • Draw floorplans from technical sales plans and produce internal and external presentation documents.
  • Format, update, and amend historic marketing collateral to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts, such as animations and GIFs, to enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Present ideas and concepts to internal clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
