Job Overview

Catch22 is seeking a highly skilled ER Case Officer to join our team. As an ER Case Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting our managers across our Schools and Hubs with first-level employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with best practice and Catch22 policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the ER Case Manager to develop key HR interventions to improve our processes and practices across our various schools.
  • Support the People Team in key areas, including recruitment, bid developments, and TUPE, as well as overseeing absence management and probation cases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including People Partners and other HR teams.

Requirements:

  • Good basic education and relevant experience in HR or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience in dealing with front-line manager queries and handling multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and develop strong working relationships.
