Location: Westminster, London

MiGrowth is seeking an experienced AV Events Technical Production Manager / Venue Manager to join their established team on site at a High-End Hotel in Westminster.

AV Events experience is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the production process from concept to delivery and post-production analysis, involving all aspects including lighting, sound, AV, camera, and streaming services.
  • Work across a broad spectrum of events, including conferences, dinners, and awards.
  • Manage the technical design process, with support from others where required.
  • Guide clients on solutions and advise on suitable equipment to achieve their aims and suit the proposed event.
  • Prepare production schedules, specifications, and prep sheets for the warehouse and onsite use.
  • Collaborate with venues, suppliers, and other agencies as required.
  • Manage and select external suppliers as needed.
  • Work with external agencies as required.
  • Manage additional resources, including freelance crew as needed.
  • Oversee the setup and installation of events onsite, with presence on site.
