Senior Finance Analyst

Evelyn Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our Finance Management Accounts team in Liverpool. As a key member of our Revenue reporting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely recognition and reporting of Assets under Management.
Key Responsibilities:- Collate, review, and report on Assets under Management (AUM) data, identifying and resolving any issues.
- Extract revenue data from source systems, collate, review, and post revenue, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile revenue postings to cash received, with timely follow-up on anomalies.
- Update reconciliation files for control frameworks and provide to auditors.
- Contribute to the collation of Revenue and AUM data for regulatory returns.
- Develop knowledge of operational systems used to collect/record fees and business services provided, with follow-up on issues.
- Ensure high-quality work, meeting deadlines and reporting anomalies to the line manager.
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner, prioritizing team needs.
- Contribute to team task reviews, identifying improvements and building efficient processes.
- Participate in ad-hoc project work, as required.
- Adopt a high-quality culture, minimizing errors and delivering high service levels.
- Support and cover for other team members and departments, as needed.
- Maintain and develop knowledge and skills through regular CPD, in line with industry, regulatory, and internal requirements.
- Operate in accordance with Group policies and procedures manuals.
- Professional accounting qualification.
- Experience in a management accounts team, with a strong understanding of financial services.
- Experience with systems and operational processes, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior audiences.
- Ability to work well in a team, with comfort working individually.
- Ability to understand and summarize complex information, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
