Gateman - Traffic Marshall: A Challenging Opportunity
MacArthur Recruitment is working with a successful civil engineering company to find two skilled Gatemen/Traffic Marshalls for a contract in Carlisle. This is a six-month plus opportunity that requires strong communication skills, a patient and amenable attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing traffic marshalling services and ensuring site safety
- Interacting with the general public and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with other tasks such as moving site fencing and equipment
- Working collaboratively with the site team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or a willingness to undergo training
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- CSCS ticket (training can be provided if necessary)
