We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Data Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the Client Management project within our Asset Management business.

The Role

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with data analysis experience to work within our Kratos feature team on design and analysis of data management and reporting projects in an agile environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Product Owners, Business and Tech teams to define problems and document high-level requirements and detailed requirements
  • Create end-to-end business process maps/flows (Current AS IS and Future TO BE)
  • Convert requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Perform data analysis and gather data/field/MI requirements
  • Work with feature teams in clarifying user stories and supporting with the build
  • Provide necessary support for testing in different environments
  • Facilitate business acceptance testing
  • Support with demos and creation of training materials where necessary
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in financial services/asset management or similar industry
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst and knowledge of formal business analysis skills
  • Previous experience in data analysis, data mapping, and data migration projects
  • Able to understand good business processes and analyze and document current business processes clearly
  • Good understanding of technologies (preferably Salesforce, Azure, PowerBI), data analysis techniques, and comfortable working in a technology team
  • Experience in Agile ways of working with feature teams on requirements, presenting them in a way that can be understood, and supporting their build and implementation
