Job Title: Early Years PractitionerWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team at N Family Club. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering our 'learning through play' educational ethos and the N Curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:- Learn and support the delivery of our 'learning through play' educational ethos and the N Curriculum;
- Observe and contribute towards planning innovative learning experiences that constantly challenge children's learning and development;
- Observe and contribute towards high-quality observations, assessments and planning for the children within your care;
- Learn and support key transition periods within the room such as sleep times, mealtimes and outings occur smoothly;
- Learn and support mealtime supervision and adhering to all of N's mealtime policies to ensure we are keeping our children safe when served and eating food;
- Adhere to all policies and procedures;
- Learn to build and maintain excellent relationships with parents and team members;
- Promote and role-model safeguarding procedures and the importance of child welfare;
- Ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the day;
- Ensure that daily H&S-related tasks and checks happen promptly and thoroughly with any concerns followed up;
- Responsible for always adhering to the company's H&S policy: 'Statement of Intent';
- Be committed to continual reflective practice throughout your learning journey;
- Commit to and follow the apprenticeship path in order to gain your early years qualification.
