We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team at a brand new Enhanced Learning Provision in a mainstream school. As a SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and support to students with Special Educational Needs and SEMH Needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored educational programs for students with SEND and SEMH Needs
- Collaborate with the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to ensure effective support and resources for students
- Work closely with support staff to manage behaviors and provide additional support to students
- Participate in collaborative planning and schemes of work to reduce workload and improve student outcomes
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of SEND and SEMH Needs
- Passionate about changing the lives of pupils with additional needs
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
