You will be based at one of our historic locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be the kitchen, a vibrant and creative environment. You will prepare delectable dishes from scratch, utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients, in accordance with our 'National Trust Cookbook.' Your culinary creations will be served directly to our visitors.

You will contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture, demonstrating empathy and support to your colleagues as needed. Our goal is to create an atmosphere where everyone is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our guests. By adhering to stringent food hygiene and COSHH standards, you will help ensure the safety of visitors, staff, and contractors.

We will provide you with a comprehensive induction tailored to your role, along with training in allergens and food safety, and any necessary mentoring to support your development. Ideal Candidate:
