About the Role:


We are in search of a dedicated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to operate within a flagship commercial facility.

The successful candidate will be a dependable and industrious Engineer, collaborating within a two-person shift team under the guidance of a Supervisor.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate as part of a team on a commercial contract.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
  • Manage PPM schedules, logbooks, and compliance documentation.
  • Oversee the execution of PPM tasks including emergency lighting, fire alarms, lighting systems, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and plant room inspections.

Candidate Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate should possess strong client-facing skills.
  • Extensive experience in teamwork and the facilities maintenance sector is essential.
  • A solid background in building services is required.
  • A minimum of three years' experience as an Engineer is necessary.
