  • Manage the Service Centre's performance against targets and budgets
  • Lead and motivate employees to achieve success individually and as a team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Liaise with the Sales team to identify new sales opportunities and grow the business
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines and regulations
  • Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of goals and objectives
