Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Executive Chef to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke on Trent. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the kitchen, including rotas, team recruitment, and menu planning.

• Manage the kitchen team to ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
• Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and drive revenue growth
• Manage food costs and inventory to ensure profitability
• Lead a team of chefs to drive success in their individual roles
• Participate in employee hiring, assignment, training, payroll, scheduling, evaluations, and terminations
• Document, investigate, and resolve employee and guest incidents
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

• Level 3 Food Safety certification
• Right to work in the UK documents
• Experience in a similar role in a 4-star hotel or restaurant
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
