Payroll Administrator Role

Helping Hands is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at our support office in Alcester. As a key department, we are committed to contributing to and exceeding future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Distribute carers' P45s accurately and efficiently.
  • Collate new starter P46s to ensure timely payment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to carers via phone and email.
  • Manage the company's housekeeping account with precision.
  • Support the Payroll Officers and Team Leader with payroll checks.
About You:

We are looking for a confident, process-driven individual with a keen eye for detail and experience in payroll or administration. You should be comfortable with Excel, able to pivot tables, and use VLOOKUPs. Prioritizing workload and meeting tight deadlines are essential skills for this role.
