Programme Integration Manager

Reports To: Head of Logistics

As a key member of the Logistics Leadership Team, this role will lead the programme of activity required over the next 3 years to create a fit for purpose logistics network as the shape of the food business adapts to the introduction of both franchise and wholesale propositions and the development of the existing logistics network servicing the business.

The successful candidate will shape, incept and design specific project plans to deliver this critical, highly complex and cross-functional programme, ensuring that throughout the transition, service to stores is maintained at the required levels.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Delivery & Support
  2. Financial/Commercial and Risk
  3. Planning Horizons

Key Performance Indicators:

Indicative Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  1. Successful delivery against long term strategy and plans.
  2. Delivery against operational KPI's in sub-functions or areas managed.
  3. Definition and ownership of a clear risk appetite for area in line with business unit and Group risk appetite.
  4. Appropriately responding to market, policy and regulatory changes.
  5. Development of self and team.
  6. Evidence of driving continuous improvement.
  7. Good management of talent and development of team.
  8. Professional or management qualification if relevant to the role, or equivalent by experience.
