This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Sales Management seeking a fresh opportunity.

Requirements for the Business Center Manager

  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B sales context
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire a small team
  • Proficient in generating new business sales leads independently
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities
  • Experience in property management
  • Previous responsibility for P&L management
  • Valid driving license

Responsibilities of the Business Center Manager

  • Drive profitable new business through proactive outreach and networking
  • Accountable for the profitability, performance, and overall success of the center through effective P&L oversight
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention while nurturing existing client relationships
  • Communicate center performance and team goals clearly, establishing clear expectations for team members
  • Oversee all aspects of the center, including invoicing, maintenance, IT, cleanliness, and health and safety compliance
