Position Summary: We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Procurement Support Specialist to collaborate with the Procurement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the procurement department in streamlining and enhancing the acquisition of goods and services.
  • Support the Procurement Manager in daily purchasing operations.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and related documentation in line with company protocols.
  • Engage with suppliers to gather information regarding product pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify procurement requirements.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure the prompt delivery of materials and services.
  • Maintain precise records of orders, delivery information, and invoices.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports detailing purchasing activities and expenditures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing role is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems is advantageous.
