About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Hospitality Assistant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest standard of food, beverage, and associated service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Food Service Delivery: Assist with the preparation, presentation, and service delivery of food and beverages to our customers.
  2. Team Support: Provide support to the peerage team as needed, ensuring that the day-to-day business needs are met.
  3. Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Food Preparation: Assist with basic food preparation, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standard.
  5. Service Area Maintenance: Ensure that all service areas are clean and tidy at all times, maintaining a high level of hygiene and presentation.
  6. Training and Development: Participate in all training sessions, meetings, and monthly reviews, ensuring that you are up-to-date with the latest procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  1. Previous Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality environment is essential, with a strong understanding of food service delivery and customer service principles.
  2. Team Player: You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Flexibility: You will be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
