Job Title: Manual QA Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Manual QA Analyst to join our team at HolidayTaxis Group. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our software applications.
  2. Work closely with development and business teams to identify and report defects, and to define severity and priority for each defect.
  3. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other sessions to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Execute regression testing on the platform during release cycles to ensure seamless integration of new features.
  5. Adhere to the process of testing defined in HTG and tailor your approach to QA depending on factors such as priority and time.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a focus on manual testing.
  2. API testing experience is desired but not necessary.
  3. Knowledge of REST API testing tools, such as Postman, and experience using test case management tools, such as TestRail or Zephyr.
  4. Comfortable on the Linux Command Line and running SQL Server queries.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  1. Well-organized, with a highly developed attention to detail.
  2. Good communication skills, able to explain complex systems and behaviors to internal and external teams.
  3. Desire to succeed and work on self-development.
