CSRD Principal Consultant

At Timely Recruit Ltd, we are seeking an experienced CSRD Principal Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will have the opportunity to work across various industry sectors, with a strong focus on private equity clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CSRD compliance strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead client interactions and project delivery, focusing on Double Materiality Assessments, CSRD gap analysis, and action planning.
  • Recruit, mentor, and coach consultants, fostering excellence in regulatory compliance and project management.
  • Conduct ESG risk assessments and support commercial strategy through client engagement.
  • Stay updated on software tools and digital solutions supporting DMA and CSRD compliance, including XBRL tagging requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability consultancy or ESG reporting, with a focus on CSRD/NFRD.
  • Proven expertise in conducting double materiality assessments across various industries.
  • Familiarity with GRI, TCFD, SASB standards, and sustainability frameworks.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects.
  • Proficient in ESG data management and advanced Excel.
