Job Summary:

The Procurement Category Manager will be responsible for defining procurement policies, managing framework agreements, and executing purchasing aspects of delegated bid and project work packages. This role requires strong stakeholder management, interpersonal skills, and technical knowledge of purchasing families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop category strategies, sourcing options, and cost benchmarking
  • Manage framework agreements and procurement processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with technical, program, cost, and performance requirements
  • Identify and mitigate risks and opportunities
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in mid-to-senior level purchasing/procurement
  • MCIPS or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
