As an E-Sports Technician, you will be responsible for orchestrating and managing E-Sport Student Championships, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and spectators alike.

Work Schedule
This role requires a commitment of 3 hours per week, with a salary of £23,088.00 pro rata.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate team line-ups and rosters.
  2. Establish custom matches across various esports platforms.
  3. Prepare the venue for competitions.
  4. Gather and curate content for social media engagement.
  5. Document match outcomes and statistics.
  6. Facilitate communication with rival teams to arrange match schedules.
  7. Address any technical or hardware issues as they arise.


General Staff Requirements
  • Complete mandatory annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) as required by the department.
  • Travel between different sites as necessary for the role.
  • Be available for evening and weekend work to fulfill service requirements.
  • Understand and comply with all safeguarding legislation and college policies, promoting the welfare of children and vulnerable individuals.
  • Maintain appropriate relationships and boundaries with students.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations relevant to the role.
  • Comply with GDPR regulations concerning confidential information.
