Katherine Shields Private Staff Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join a distinguished family in London.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a luxurious environment, maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and order. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the household, providing exceptional service to the family.
Responsibilities:- Deliver meticulous cleaning services throughout the property, encompassing all rooms and areas.
- Maintain fine upholstery, antiques, china, glass, and artwork with utmost care and attention.
- Handle delicate furnishings and finishes according to specific care instructions.
- Perform a range of tasks including vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and dishwashing.
- Prepare beds, change linens, and provide turndown service for a comfortable guest experience.
- Assist the private chef with meal preparation and contribute to creating a welcoming dining environment.
- Organize and execute deep cleaning schedules during periods when the family is away.
- Proven experience working as a Housekeeper within high-net-worth households, preferably in fully staffed environments.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with the family and other staff members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional manner.
- A genuine passion for maintaining pristine living spaces and providing a high level of service.
