Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Class 1 Driver to join our team at a national logistics provider. As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a Class 1 vehicle to make 3-5 trunk runs a day. Your duties will include curtain sider work, making on-time deliveries, communicating with the transport team, and following company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

* Hold a valid UK Category CE licence
* Hold UK CPC and UK Digital Tachograph Card
* Have a minimum of 2 years experience driving CE vehicles
* Maximum of 6 penalty points for minor infringements with no major endorsement codes
* Work in a professional manner
* Excellent communication skills

Benefits:

* Consistent ongoing work
* Monday to Friday operation (no bank holidays)
* Permanent contracts
* Overtime available
* 23 plate vehicles, new fleet
* 33 days holiday (dictated by factory shut downs)
* Great rates of pay

Rates of pay:

* £16.25 per hour basic
