Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Public Sector Resourcing. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a defined property portfolio, delivering property transactions, and providing advice and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a defined property portfolio, including property transactions and estate management
  • Deliver property advice and guidance to clients, including commercial property and tenant/landlord matters
  • Support the Principal Corporate Property Surveyors in the delivery of property transactions and estate management
  • Travel nationwide as required to meet with clients and stakeholders
  • Attend office in Manchester 3 days per week on average over a 4-week period

Requirements:

  • Significant estate management experience
  • Competence and experience in commercial property and tenant/landlord matters on a transactional level
  • Able to communicate effectively with external consultants and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of legislation and leases
  • Full UK driving license with less than 3 penalty points

Desirable Requirements:

  • Membership with RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveying)
