Job Description

Job Title: Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department, working closely with customers and stakeholders to schedule equipment services and manage transactions through our ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers to arrange repair and service of in-service equipment
  • Schedule management for both personnel and equipment
  • Manage all transactions through company ERP systems
  • Track jobs, costs, servicing, and calibration activities
  • Process, invoice, and revenue recognition for full process
  • Forecast regional revenue and costs

Requirements:

  • Inventory Control experience
  • Customer communication skills
  • Appreciation of logistics
  • Oil and Gas industry exposure (not essential)
  • ERP systems experience
  • Financial Reporting (not essential)
