Role Requirements:

We are seeking to fill 7 Technician positions to support our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct testing, calibration, and repair of assigned instruments.
  • Perform fault diagnosis and root cause analysis, providing necessary feedback to colleagues.
  • Maintain precise records of instrument servicing and parts utilization.
  • Ensure timely ordering of workshop stock to maintain effective inventory levels.
  • Address internal and customer inquiries via phone or in person as appropriate.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Service Centre.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possess an ONC/HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
  • Have prior experience in electronic repair, calibration, or testing, preferably in regulated environments.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using hand tools and performing hand soldering at the component level.
  • Exhibit a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in work.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and schematics effectively.
  • Possess a solid foundation in engineering principles.
  • Capable of documenting work clearly and concisely.
  • Display strong logical fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills.
