We provide a supportive and recovery-focused environment for up to 38 service users. As a leading provider of behavioral care, we are committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve.

About the Role:
  • Provide senior nursing leadership to the ward team, working closely with the Ward Manager to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Utilize your clinical expertise and experience to guide and mentor the nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Take on delegated responsibilities from the Ward Manager, including supervision of a designated group of staff members.
Your Qualifications:
  • Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in clinical supervision is required; training in this area is highly desirable.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence of continuous learning activities.
  • Strong computer skills are necessary for effective communication and documentation.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-registration experience in acute mental health settings.
  • Mentorship experience is beneficial, but training can be provided.
