As an Associate Solicitor, you will play a key role in advising clients on all aspects of employment law, including litigation and advisory work for both employees and employers.

Our Employment Team is made up of experienced solicitors, paralegals, and legal assistants who work together to provide exceptional levels of responsibility and supervision to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on employment law and procedure, including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination, and whistle blowing;
  • Run a caseload of employment law cases, including litigation and advisory work;
  • Provide exceptional client care skills and work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions;
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and procedure to ensure that clients receive the best possible advice.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Employment Law Specialist who can demonstrate:

  • Excellent working knowledge of employment law and procedure;
  • The ability to run a caseload of employment law cases;
  • Excellent client care skills and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients;
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and procedure.
