Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly capable leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability, while providing an unforgettable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support and coach the in-store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage retail operations, including stock control, store procedures, and team rotas
- Run the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Develop and maintain a strong retail floor presence, influencing sales and customer engagement
- Train and develop the store team to become Pandora product experts
