We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lift Service Engineer to join our Scotland & South division based in the UK, who will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our clients' elevators across their region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and maintaining customer lifts to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Repairing or replacing lift parts to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Responding to mechanical failures and breakdowns in a timely and professional manner
  • Carrying out regular safety checks and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
  • Planning and managing workload around assigned jobs to meet customer expectations
  • Maintaining van stock and ordering supplies through our supply chain to ensure seamless operations
  • Recommending parts and equipment that need to be quoted or ordered to keep the lifts compliant with industry regulations
  • Performing out-of-hours work on a pro rata basis to meet customer needs
Minimum Requirements:
  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualifications
  • Hold a full UK Driving License and be able to travel to customer sites
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to use initiative and work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals
  • A positive attitude and receptiveness to change and continuous improvement
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage workload and prioritize tasks
  • Superior customer-care skills to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships
  • The ability to self-assess and take ownership of personal development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • An advocate for Health and Safety regulations in the workplace to ensure a safe working environment
