Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Newcastle
We are seeking an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the education of our students and work collaboratively with our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lessons in the teacher's absence and maintain student engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and prepare activities that cater to diverse student needs.
- Provide individualized support to students across various year groups, adapting to their unique requirements.
- Assist in assessing student progress and offering constructive feedback.
- Contribute to creating a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with additional needs, including those with special educational requirements.
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a school setting, delivering lessons and supporting students.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
