Senior Credit Controller

Your new company, a leading professional services organisation based in Birmingham City Centre, is currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Controller on a permanent basis. This role is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and take on a challenging position that requires strong financial skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the sales ledger, ensuring accurate and timely collection of debts
- Develop and implement effective debt management strategies to reduce outstanding balances
- Communicate with customers to resolve queries and negotiate payment plans
- Monitor and analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the Credit Control team to achieve collection targets and improve cash flow
- Minimum of two years' experience in a Credit Control role, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
- Strong Excel skills and experience with debt and revenue management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Hybrid working arrangement, with 2-3 days in the office per week
- Pension scheme and annual bonus
