About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credit Control Specialist to join our team at Busy Bee Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit control process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chase for cash collections and communicate with customers regarding any debt queries
  • Raising invoices and issue credit notes
  • Liaise with other departments to address account or invoice issues
  • Communicate across departments to gather customer account information
  • Assist with prompt collections through issuing statements, sending letters, making phone calls
Requirements
  • Previous experience in finance and credit control
