We are seeking a skilled Global Mobility Consultant to join our esteemed organization, Logic. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional support to our internationally mobile workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Global Mobility Consultant, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding service to employees relocating internationally and collaborate with various business units to ensure alignment of Global Mobility initiatives with overarching business objectives.
  • Prioritize operational excellence and maintain high standards of data integrity.
  • Engage with stakeholders across diverse markets, including areas such as talent acquisition, compensation, taxation, payroll, and external service providers.
  • Act as a proactive advisor and consultant, offering expert guidance on all facets of Global Mobility.
  • Ensure adherence to Global Mobility policies and procedures, managing exceptions effectively.
  • Participate in special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reviewing policies, and implementing technological advancements.
