About the Role:
- As a Facilities Support Technician, you will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks promptly and to the highest standards, ensuring an excellent experience for guests and members.
- You will adhere to all statutory health and safety regulations, including hygiene and electrical safety during repairs.
- Responding to inquiries in a timely manner is essential.
- Carrying out maintenance repairs while ensuring appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is utilized.
- Following planned preventative maintenance schedules is a key responsibility.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external customers and contractors is crucial.
- Compliance with C.O.S.H.H regulations, particularly regarding the storage of hazardous materials, is required.
- Participation in additional training relevant to the role will be expected.
