About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team at a world-leading navigation, radar, and surveillance system manufacturer. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for manufacturing complex electromechanical products that will be integrated into marine radar systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assemble, test, and rework electromechanical equipment to a high standard of quality.
  2. Work and rework to a high standard of accuracy, including operations such as soldering & unsoldering, wiring & crimping, drilling, filing & cutting, detailed rework of printed circuit assemblies, and application of mastic & adhesives, using a variety of tools and equipment necessary to complete the operations.
  3. View, print and enter data via the company business data management system.
  4. Collaborate with a team to implement continuous improvements and ensure the highest quality.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards and all ethics, health, safety, compliance, and quality requirements.
Requirements
  1. Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  2. Proficiency in PC literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
