Territory Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Territory Manager to join our Property Management team as a key member of our residential team located in the Wolverhampton area.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct property viewings at properties within your portfolio, working from a diary of pre-booked appointments.
- Follow up with viewing feedback and put offers forward to the asset management team.
- Liaise with the onboarding team to ensure prospective tenants provide necessary information.
- Prepare inventories documenting the condition of properties prior to tenancy commencement.
- Meet new tenants at properties, conduct move-ins, and hand over keys and information.
- Re-visit properties midway through tenancies to check condition, produce reports, and dispatch to property managers.
- Discuss maintenance issues with tenants, liaise with property managers to ensure issues are addressed.
- Perform post-appointment admin, including chasing feedback, agreeing deals, typing reports, and updating software.
- Previous experience in property or lettings management is beneficial.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confident with technology.
- A positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Industry qualifications such as ARLA (or working towards it) are preferred but not essential.
- Clean, full UK driving license.
