We are seeking a skilled Lift Service Engineer to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our lift service team, you will be responsible for managing your own lift service route, overseeing a lift engineer's mate, and providing technical support and advice to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage your own lift service route in the West London and surrounding areas
- Oversee a lift engineer's mate to ensure works are carried out correctly
- Participate in a call-out rota, attending lift breakdowns and undertaking planned servicing and maintenance work
- Provide service and PPM work at customer sites
- Provide technical support and advice to customers, maximising the first-time fix rate
- Maintain a professional image at all times, representing the company as an ambassador on site
- Travel throughout the coverage area
- NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering
- 2 years' experience within a Lift Service/Maintenance Engineer position
- Relevant qualifications for the position, e.g. J Modules
- Proficient in fault finding, diagnosis, and repair on both Passenger and Goods lifts
- Self-motivated, reliable, and organised
- Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel with the role
