Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated pharmacist to participate in a split role between Primary Care Pharmacy and the Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with primary and secondary care multidisciplinary teams to improve medicines management and deliver excellent patient care.
  • Deliver the pharmacotherapy service as part of the GP contract and provide an important function in supporting patients with their medicines.
  • Take on a prescribing role and develop your own clinical caseload in line with Achieving Excellence strategy objectives.
