Beaumont Manor Care Home is seeking to hire a Lead Registered Nurse (RGN).
Our esteemed, upscale facility accommodates up to 70 residents, providing exceptional care in Residential, Dementia, and Respite services.
As the Lead Registered Nurse (RGN), you will possess a valid NMC registration and will be responsible for staying informed about the latest clinical best practices.
Contract Details
• Competitive pay rate of £23.00 per hour.
• Full-time commitment of 42 hours per week.
• Pension scheme available.
• 5.6 weeks of annual leave.
• Uniform provided at no cost.

• Onsite parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee auditing processes and manage staff rotas.
• Administer and manage medications effectively.
• Supervise team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Assume responsibility for the care home during out-of-hours shifts, including weekends and holidays.
