We are seeking an experienced and confident auditor to join our team as an Audit Assistant Manager. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for managing audits from planning to completion, mentoring new trainees, and identifying and mitigating risk.
About the Role- Manage audits from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Mentor new trainees and support their learning and development, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Monitor client deadlines and ensure these are met, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risk, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of audit results.
- Work closely with the senior management team to support company growth and development.
- Identify services that will add value to our portfolio of clients, driving business growth and revenue.
- Support the Managers in networking activities to promote the department, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide professional client-facing communication skills, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Set an example for the team as a natural leader, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills.
