Role Overview: The primary objective of this position is to deliver commercial assistance to the TSP Quantity Surveyor and Project Teams, ensuring the maintenance of commercial data and adherence to contractual obligations. Key responsibilities encompass:
- Facilitating precise, timely cost and value reporting at both project and organizational levels.
- Contributing to accurate cash flow reporting.
- Assisting in cost management activities, including forecasting.
- Supporting the development of weekly/monthly commercial plans.
- Ensuring compliance with internal commercial processes throughout the business unit.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for process and procedural enhancements.
- Assisting in the establishment of appropriate terms and conditions, identifying commercial risks.
- Fostering and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Assisting in the preparation of Payment Applications and engaging with clients on commercial matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2 to 3 A levels or equivalent qualifications.
