Mobile Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Repair Technician to join our clients based in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking HVAC and building maintenance works, conducting PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure, and adjusting BMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake HVAC and building maintenance works
  • Conduct PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure
  • Adjust BMS systems
  • Perform mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valves etc.
  • Carry out minor installation work
Requirements:
  • Building maintenance experience
  • NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning
  • F-GAS 2079 CAT1
  • Able to work at height, on roofs, up steps and ladders and in MEWPs
  • Ability to work with and control of the CAFM system via iPad
