Soleus Podiatry Ltd is a dynamic and growing clinic in Ilminster, South Somerset, dedicated to providing exceptional foot care services. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Podiatry Lead to join our team and help drive our MSK and biomechanics services to the next level.

We are looking for a Podiatrist with experience in biomechanics and MSK to lead our team and be a mentor for other clinicians. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of current best practice, tissue rehabilitation, and orthotics prescription. Qualification and experience in manipulation or manual therapy, ultrasound imaging, and injection therapies would be desirable.

• Lead our MSK and biomechanics services, developing and implementing new treatment modalities and protocols.
• Mentor and support other clinicians in their professional development, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to provide high-quality care.
• Work closely with our admin team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
• Contribute to the development of our clinic's vision and strategy, aligning with our values of compassion, willingness to grow, supportiveness, and integrity.

• HCPC registration as a Podiatrist.
• Degree or above in Podiatry.
• Experience in biomechanics and MSK, with a strong understanding of current best practice.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and support other clinicians.
